Remembrance Sunday 2018
Have you forgotten yet?
On November 11, Great Britain paused to remember those who lost their lives fighting serving in the country's armed forces. This date also marks the 100 year anniversary of the signing of the Armistice Treaty, which ended the First World War after four years of horrendous conflict that claimed the lives of millions of soldiers and civilians.
On Sunday 11th November some of our School Council representatives went to St Peter's Church to take part in a special service to remember all those who fought for us and those who died. They shared a poem during the service.
In addition to this we made a special film, with the help of Ceri from Cre8 Drama, to commemorate this important event.
