Return to School & Self-isolating

For the last 3 weeks of the Spring term, when all children are back in school, we are focusing on recapping the English and maths skills that the children have already covered, before moving on to new learning. We are also focusing on re-building friendships, encouraging team work and providing children with plenty of opportunities to work with their friends, as they have not seen them for many weeks during lockdown.

If your child has to isolate during this time, there are some activities below that we will be covering in school for them to have a go at whilst at home.

Children can also continue to complete the reading form below.

Reading Forms

Please complete this form at least 3 times a week

Y5 Default Timetable for 8.3.21 - 26.3.21

Maths:

For the next 3 weeks, we will be focusing on certain sections of the maths booklet below.

We will be starting with fractions and recapping the learning that Y5 have done most recently during lockdown. We will then be going back over: number, place value, addition and subtraction.

If your child is isolating, please work through some of these sections during maths time.
