Nursery Remote Learning

This page is for our children who are learning at home so that they can access learning throughout the week. 

Every Nursery child learning at home will have a purple book in their remote learning pack, where all learning should be completed/stuck in. 

Spring 2 Lifecycles

Week 1 and 2 GROWING plants and Butterflies

Literacy

Read Jack and the beanstalk. Talk about the characters.

Where does Jack go? What happens to the golden beans?

Can you retell the story to a family member?

Practise writing your name/ fist letters in your name

Read the very hungry caterpillar- can you make marks and draw pictures about the story?

 

Phonics

Recap i,n,p sounds

Play I spy...objects beginning with these sounds.

Maths

Can you use collect 5 sticks from outside and order them putting the shortest first and the longest at the end?

Draw three hungry caterpillars all different lengths. Cut them out and put them in order the shortest first.
